Solid Rock installs gas furnaces for Colorado Springs homes that need more than another ignitor. Furnace installation includes sizing for design-day heat, venting and combustion air, a compatible coil if you have air conditioning, and a commissioned startup.
If a dual-fuel heat pump plus furnace is a better fit for utility rates and winter lows, we will put that next to a straight gas replacement so you can choose with numbers, not slogans. Wells Fargo financing is available on approved credit.
Professional service built around your home
Furnace selection for altitude
We size heating capacity for Colorado Springs winters and confirm the cabinet will work with your existing coil and ducts.
Install, vent, and gas work
The old furnace comes out, venting and gas connections are completed to current practice, and the area is left clean.
Startup and warranty registration
We fire the furnace, verify safeties, walk through filter changes, and register the equipment. Maintenance plans keep the new unit on a schedule.
HVAC needs in Colorado Springs
Overnight lows and elevation mean a furnace that is barely adequate in Denver can feel short in Black Forest. Sealed combustion and correct venting matter in tighter new construction around Banning Lewis Ranch as much as in older east-side houses with aging metal vents. Installation has to respect both the heat load and the chimney or sidewall vent path you actually have.
When to replace the furnace
- A cracked or deteriorating heat exchanger
- Repair costs stacking up on a 15- to 20-year-old unit
- Uneven heat that ducts and repairs have not fixed
- A planned AC or heat pump project that needs a matching furnace
- Safety devices that keep tripping after legitimate repairs

Frequently asked questions
How long does furnace installation take?
A standard gas furnace change-out is often completed in one day. Venting changes, coil swaps, or dual-fuel add-ons can extend the schedule.
Do you install high-efficiency furnaces?
Yes, when the home can support the venting and condensate of a condensing furnace. We will not force 96% equipment into a vent system that cannot handle it.
Can installation be financed?
Wells Fargo financing is available on approved credit. We treat it as a separate application from the installation agreement.
