Quickly started diagnosing the heating system and found a couple of not so common problems. Ensured that there were no CO2 or gas leaks and even changed out the filter. Had the furnace up and running in about 45 min. Was patient with my questions. Highly recommend! Will be using at my other property. Thank you Josh and your team !

A lot of attention to detail, which I really appreciate. Everything was explained so I could understanding what was going on. I appreciate the suggestion to move the filters from the furnace in the crawl space to appropriate places within the house, making filter changing sooo much easier.The new filters were put in place today, they look great and will be so easy to clean.Super pleased with the whole project.

I want to share the whole story of my experience because it really shows how much a company’s people matter.At first, things didn’t go well. After the initial service visit, our furnace actually stopped heating altogether. We woke up to a freezing house, and with the temperatures dropping at night, it was honestly stressful and frustrating. I wasn’t sure what had gone wrong, only that our heat was worse than before.But when I reached back out, they sent a different technician and that changed everything. He showed up with a great attitude, was kind, patient, and genuinely wanted to help. He took his time, explained what he was doing, didn’t rush, and made me feel like he really cared about getting our heat working again. And he did.By the time he left, the furnace was fixed, the house was warming up, and I felt a huge sense of relief. He turned a bad situation into a positive one, and I really appreciate that.Things don’t always go perfectly the first time, but what matters is how a company responds — and they absolutely made it right. That second technician deserves all the credit. Because of him, I’m happily giving 5 stars.

Charles was my technician, he knows his stuff! Switched out the busted capacitor did some preventative maintenance on the unit. Charles was dressed for the occasion, even had boot covers to save my carpet, we just got done with a hail storm. Yes he drove through a hail storm to service my AC. I love reliable service!

Josh and his team From Solid Rock Heating & Air Conditioning provided a competitive bid, spent an hour with me on the phone walking through options and finalizing the system plan, set the schedule and delivered the new system on time. A significant undertaking with the replacement of an aged gas furnace with a high efficiency gas furnace and AC in the basement of the original part of the home. Also installed a second external compressor to allow a gas furnace and AC with an existing, but unused, cooling coil to provide heat and cooling to the addition to the home. This unit was in the crawl space under the addition and more challenging to access. Location of external compressors were thoughtfully placed in consultation with me. The electrical subcontractor (P&L Electrical) even quoted and then installed a pre-wire for a new electric water heater we anticipate buying to complement installation of solar power in the home. They talked over options, measured and provided a quote in an hour. Wrapped up the pre-wire work before the workday ended and accepted payment via Zelle.I could not have been more pleased with the professionalism and communication received from Solid Rock Heating & Air Conditioning. Josh and his electrical subcontractor P&L Electrical) were awesome. Highly recommend the company and plan to pass along their card to my daughter and son-in-law since their AC has gone out as summer approaches.

Joshua was good to work with and he was able to hit my short time table. He was friendly, honest and made sure all the details were done correctly. I have a tight house and wanted the ducting to be tight as well, Solid Rock listened and gave me the option to do extra sealing. They went above and beyond and sealed all the ducting to a very high level. As an added bonus some of the materials were able to be returned and that was reflected on the final bill, which was great! I would use Solid Rock Heating & Air Conditioning again.

I recently had my water heater repaired, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the technician's work. They diagnosed the issue efficiently, identifying an error code related to the smart valve gas valve (TCO or Pressure Switch Failed Open). They also discovered a blockage caused by dead moths in the exhaust pipe and addressed it thoroughly by cleaning both ends of the pipe and ensuring it was clear of debris.Their attention to detail was commendable, as they tested the flue draft, pulled and cleaned the burner assembly, and meticulously checked and tested components like the pressure switch, flame sensor, igniter, and inducer motor. All readings were within the proper range, ensuring the water heater operates safely and effectively.After completing the cleaning and testing, they ran the water heater for 10 minutes with no issues, and no error codes remained. They even checked for gas and CO leaks and found none. Overall, the service was professional, precise, and thorough—restoring my water heater to perfect working order. Along with a military discount Highly recommended!Thanks Joshua and Coworker!

I had five estimates. Rock Solid was not the top nor the bottom, but when he gave me a quote, he was very, very professional and informative. Unlike other sales persons, he wear booties when he came into my house. It’s a family run business, and he was prompt in keeping appointments. He also did some extra work with no additional charge. I am extremely happy with Solid Rock! I got several estimates and the big companies loved to showboat, with an extra spritz of cologne. As a single mom, I felt like they were hoping I would fall for the higher prices then all of the sudden, they’d knock $1500 off…..not trustworthy at all. This was not the case at all with Solid Rock. Joshua was straight forward and solid with his estimate. Service was easy to schedule with his wife. On install day he and his sub contractor were very respectful and cleaned everything up perfectly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

The ac wasn't getting cold and the vents air was week.Jake came out and checked the ac out and found a few problems. He repaired the problems and answered all my questions.
